When I decided to start this framework, what I had in mind was managing one’s environment.
It seems to me that one’s environment is one of the main things one can directly control or at least influence.
Though it’s not always so simple.
For example, I live with my Mum in Melbourne.
Would my life be better if I moved out? Possibly.
Yet why don’t I decide to move out? There must be something keeping me here.
As you can see, it can be difficult to simply snap you fingers and change your lifestyle.
Ultimately, though, one’s environment can be a source of wellbeing.
Partly, it can be a financial imperative.
